As the visionary behind Bali Jet Handling and a key figure within our parent company, Juara Holding Group, Aria founded the company to fill a critical gap in Indonesia’s luxury travel market. His background in developing five-star resorts across the archipelago gave him a unique insight into the expectations of high-net-worth travelers. Aria’s mission is to ensure the ground experience in Bali matches the world-class standards of the private jets and exclusive villas our clients frequent. He maintains high-level contacts within the Ministry of Tourism (Kementerian Pariwisata) and the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
Dewi Lestari
Director of Operations
Credentials: IATA Certified Ground Handling Professional, Former Station Manager at Garuda Indonesia (DPS).
Dewi is the operational heart of Bali Jet Handling. With over 15 years of hands-on experience at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, she possesses an unparalleled understanding of the airport’s inner workings. Her tenure at Garuda Indonesia provided her with deep expertise in flight operations, safety protocols, and coordination with AirNav Indonesia and Angkasa Pura I. Dewi is responsible for the flawless execution of all ground services, ensuring every aircraft turnaround is safe, efficient, and meticulously planned. Her rigorous training programs for our ground crew are a cornerstone of our Safety & Compliance promise.
Bagus Santoso

Bagus is the master of personalized service. His career in ultra-luxury hospitality, honed at one of the world’s most exclusive resort brands, has instilled in him an almost psychic ability to anticipate client needs. He leads our team of VIP agents, ensuring every interaction is discreet, intuitive, and flawlessly executed. From arranging last-minute villa bookings and security details to sourcing rare items, Bagus and his team are the invisible force that makes every client’s journey seamless. He is the primary architect of our signature VIP Fast-Track service.
Komang Adnyana
Lead Ground Supervisor & Safety Officer
Credentials: DGCA Certified Ramp Safety Officer, Aircraft Marshalling & Handling Certification.
Komang is our eyes and ears on the tarmac. A native Balinese with a passion for aviation, he has spent his entire career at Ngurah Rai Airport. He leads the ground crew, overseeing everything from aircraft marshalling and baggage handling to fueling and coordination with flight crews. Komang is obsessive about safety, conducting daily briefings and rigorous equipment checks. His direct line of communication with airport authorities and deep respect among the airport community are invaluable assets in resolving any potential operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
