We offer all clients the option to offset the carbon footprint of their flights through a partnership with a verified Indonesian-based organization. These programs focus on funding certified reforestation projects in critical ecosystems like Kalimantan and Sumatra, as well as supporting renewable energy development in remote Indonesian communities.
• Single-Use Plastic Elimination: We have a strict zero single-use plastic policy. All amenities provided in our VIP lounges and vehicles, including water, are offered in reusable glass or sustainable packaging. We vet our catering partners based on their commitment to plastic-free operations.
• Sustainable Sourcing: Our in-flight and lounge catering menus prioritize locally sourced, organic ingredients to reduce food miles and support Balinese farmers. We partner with suppliers who practice sustainable agriculture.
• Waste Management: We have implemented a comprehensive waste segregation and recycling program at our operational base, working with local company EcoBali Recycling to ensure responsible waste management.

• Local Employment: Over 95% of our team members are Indonesian nationals, with a significant majority hired from local Balinese communities surrounding the airport. We invest heavily in their training and professional development, creating long-term career opportunities.
• Supporting Local Enterprises: From our vehicle fleet partners to our catering suppliers and floral arrangers, we prioritize working with and promoting local Balinese businesses. This ensures that the economic benefits of our operations are distributed within the community.
• Community Project Support: A percentage of our annual profit is dedicated to supporting local community initiatives. We are proud partners of the Bali Children Foundation, which provides educational opportunities to underprivileged children. We also contribute to local banjar (community council) projects in the Tuban area.
